Two dead following accident in Dubuque County

Two people are dead following a two-vehicle crash involving an SUV and semi Thursday afternoon in Dubuque County. Multiple departments responded to Highway 151 at the intersection of Skyline Road around 1:00 p.m.  The SUV driver was pronounced dead at the scene and the passenger died at the hospital. The victims who died have been identified as 64-year-old Raymond Seeley and 62-year-old Deana Seeley of Sterling, Illinois. The semi driver, identified as 48-year-old William James of Armarillo, Texas, was taken to Mercy Hospital but is said to have non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators say the SUV was going west on Skyline Rd at the time and did not obey the stop sign at Hwy. 151. The semi was going north on 151 when it collided with the SUV.
