As of Wednesday, Denver Air Connection has completed a month’s worth of flights from DBQ to O’Hare without a cancellation. Afternoon flights are available to and from Chicago now seven days a week, with the exception of a few holiday dates. Jon Coleman, a senior vice president at Denver Air, said flights have been about half full as the company has tried to get plane service off the ground in the slow time between the start of the school year and the holidays. Flights arrive each day from Chicago at 3:25 p.m. and turn around for a flight back at 3:55 p.m., with a scheduled arrival at the O’Hare gate about 4:50 p.m.
