ISU Extension plans event for farm families

An Iowa State University Extension and Outreach event is intended to help farm families improve communication, develop farm or family goals and prepare for farm transitions. The Farm Couple Getaway event will be held on Feb. 21 from 12:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. at Best Western Plus Dubuque Hotel & Conference Center. There is no cost to attend the program as food, lodging and other expenses are being donated by sponsors. However, there is a $50 per couple deposit to hold each reservation, refundable after the conclusion of the event. Space is limited and registration is due by Feb. 7.
