16th St. Road Closure at Railroad Crossing between Elm St. and Sycamore St. Due to railroad patch work, 16th St. will be closed at the railroad crossing between Elm St. and Sycamore St. from 8 a.m. today, until 5 p.m. on Friday. Motorists will need to follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
