JDIFF kicked off this week

The Julien Dubuque International Film Festival kicked off yesterday in Galena and will kick-off in Dubuque tomorrow at 8 PM with a welcome event at Five Flags starting at 5 PM. Dozens of films from around the world are screened during this 7-day event with panels, workshops, film screenings, parties, and more.
