Dubuque man arrested for 2nd offense OWI

36-year-old Terrick L. Jones of Dubuque was arrested at 1:43 a.m. Sunday at his residence on Hempstead St. on charges of second-offense operating while intoxicated, interference with official acts and assault on persons in certain occupations. Court documents state that Jones assaulted a Dubuque Police Department officer while being taken into custody.
