Man arrested in connection with Dubuque shooting charged with attempted murder

A man arrested in connection with a Dubuque assault and shooting now faces an attempted murder charge. 19-year-old Domani D. Stephenson of Sherrill has been charged with attempted murder and willful injury-causing bodily injury in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County. Stephenson previously was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of offensive weapons and participation in a riot in connection with the May 4 assault and shooting of 29-year-old Excell Moore IV of Dubuque. Another individual, 20-year-old Davion D. Harris of Dubuque, previously was arrested on a charge of participation in a riot from the incident. Dubuque Police Department Lt. Luke Bock said that a 17-year-old male has been arrested in connection with the assault of Moore. Police continue to seek a fourth man involved in the inciden
