O’Leary’s hosting a family day and kids fishing tournament

A family day and kids fishing tournament will be held this weekend in southwest Wisconsin. The event goes from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at O’Leary’s Lake. Registration opens at 10 a.m. for the fishing tournament, which will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Child participants will be divided into two age groups: 9 and under and 10 to 15. Prizes will be offered in both categories. No fishing license is required. Afterward, kids can participate in tricycle races at 4 p.m. or check out bounce houses that will be available from noon to 5 p.m. Wagon rides will also be offered from noon to 5 p.m. Food trucks will be on site and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
