A Dubuque man charged in the hit and run death of a woman last month in Dubuque has entered a plea of not guilty and is scheduled to go to trial later this summer. 26-year old Bailey Foht recently entered the plea to 5 charges which include homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter. A trial date was then set for September 8th in Dubuque County District Court. Foht was arrested after fleeing the scene of an accident where he struck and killed a pedestrian, 38-year-old Kalissa Reeder of Dubuque.
