According to an incident report from the Dubuque Police Department, law enforcement responded to Simmons Pet Food on Seippel Road in response to an explosive threat around 4:15 AM on Wednesday morning. According to Police call logs, the scene was cleared around 8:30 AM. The investigation is ongoing.
