Dubuque Pet Park has reduced hours during road construction

The Dubuque Pet Park, located on North Grandview Avenue, will have reduced hours of operation starting on Monday, July 28, due to asphalt paving. Lasting until Wednesday, July 30, the revised schedule will have the park open at 4 p.m. instead of 8 a.m. as construction crews lay asphalt on North Grandview Avenue between the western intersection at Kaufmann Avenue and the Pet Park. The construction will leave this portion of the road closed from 6 a.m. until 5 p.m. from July 28 until Friday, Aug. 1. A detour route will be posted at the location.
