Dubuque woman arrested for eluding

Police said a Dubuque woman eluded a police officer attempting to pull her over. 54-year-old Angela L. Fuller of Dubuque was arrested Friday afternoon in the 600 block of Fenelon Place on a charge of eluding. Court documents state that a police officer witnessed a vehicle drive through a red light at Loras Boulevard and Locust Street. The officer activated the police vehicle’s overhead lights and siren, but the driver, later identified as Fuller, continued driving until she eventually parked behind a Fenelon Place address. Fuller left the vehicle and started walking away until the officer yelled at her to stop. Fuller said she did not stop her vehicle because she didn’t have a license.
