Police said seven people were arrested after a large fight broke out in the parking lot of a Dubuque gas station. 36-year-old Roy K. Bonds, 24-year-old Jaeliz E. Fuentes, 28-year-old Akeylah K. Gartley, 31-year-old Bobby L. Obanner Jr., 26-year-old Willie R. Randle, and 31-year-old Dominque D. Tucker all of Dubuque were arrested early Sunday morning on charges of participation of a riot. Court documents state that Bonds faces additional charges of operating while intoxicated and driving while revoked, Obanner faces an additional charge of possession of marijuana, and Tucker faces an additional charge of assault with injury. According to court documents, city of Dubuque traffic camera footage shows the seven individuals arriving at the parking lot of Downtown Gas and Grocery in three separate vehicles and participating in mutual fights. When police arrived, they found Wilson was sitting on the ground in the parking lot with blood on his shirt, face and hands. Camera footage shows Tucker hitting Wilson and causing Wilson to fall to the ground.
