Dubuque man arrested for sexual assault

Police said a man sexually assaulted a woman in Dubuque. 55-year-old Aaron A. Roach of Dubuque was arrested Saturday afternoon in the 1200 block of Iowa Street on warrants charging third-degree sexual abuse and possession of methamphetamine. Court documents state that Roach sexually assaulted a woman earlier this year in Dubuque. Police examined surveillance footage from the location of the alleged sexual assault that confirmed the victim’s account of the incident.
