Cedar Rapids man arrested for child sexual abuse in Dubuque

Police said a man sexually abused a child in Dubuque. 22-year-old Isaac A. Gukeisen of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. Friday at Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on a warrant charging second-degree sexual abuse. Court documents state that Gukeisen sexually assaulted a girl younger than age 12 when he was a teenager. The alleged abuse was reported earlier this year.
