Dubuque Man Arrested For Assault And Driving Off With Children While Under The Influence

Dubuque police placed 37 year old Stephan Whitemon of Dubuque under arrest Monday on charges of domestic assault-third or subsequent offense, third-offense operating while under the influence, driving while barred and three counts of neglect or abandonment of a dependent person. Reports say that Whitemon assaulted 36 year old Valentria Whitemon and then drove with their three children while under the influence.
