Two people were arrested following a traffic stop Sunday in Dubuque. Police arrested 20 year old Chelsea Schlarman of Dubuque at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday in the area of West Third and Locust streets on charges of possession of meth, possession of ecstasy, and possession of drug paraphernalia. During the same traffic stop, 21 year old Dashawn Drummond of Dubuque was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
