Dubuque Police Investigating Identity Theft

Dubuque police seek tips and released photos today of a person accused of committing identity theft last year. The photos show what appears to be a man in a baseball cap with a white logo, a tan or green hooded jacket and dark pants. Police reported that the man committed identity theft on November 30th at U.S. Cellular on Wacker Drive. A police report says that 36 year old Matthew Henderson, of Cedar Rapids reported the theft.
