A Dubuque man was arrested after police said he sexually abused a teen last year. 20 year old Brandon Brenke was arrested Friday at his residence on a warrant charging third-degree sexual abuse-second or subsequent offense and assault with intent to commit sexual abuse-bodily injury. A report says Brenke sexually abused a teen last summer in Dubuque. The report also indicates that the two knew each other.
