Dubuque Woman Arrested On Drug Charges

Dubuque Police arrested 58 year old Carolyn Jones of Dubuque on Sunday in the area of Loras Boulevard and Locust Street on charges of unlawful possession of a prescription drug, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
