Drug Arrest South of Dubuque

Authorities say a man was arrested Tuesday night on drug and weapons charges after Dubuque County authorities found about a pound of marijuana in his vehicle. 22 year old Donovan Muse of Marion, Iowa, was arrested Tuesday night on U.S. Highway151 south of Dubuque on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and being a person ineligible to carry a dangerous weapon. According to reports, a Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department deputy discovered a loaded handgun and 15 baggies containing over 400 grams of marijuana during a search of Muse’s vehicle following a stop for vehicle violations.
