Two lanes at a Dubuque intersection will be closed for traffic signal repairs beginning this week. The northbound through-lane and westbound right-turn lane at John F. Kennedy Road and Asbury Road will close at 8 a.m. today and reopen at 5 p.m. Friday, May 6. The City of Dubuque says a posted detour will be in place.
