Dubuque Police arrested 44 year old Jason Specht of Dubuque Saturday night just after 10pm on charges of domestic assault with injury, domestic assault impeding airflow causing injury, interference with official acts, public intoxication and two counts of harassment of public employees. Reports say that Specht assaulted 42 year old Tami Paisley at her residence on Saturday.
