Authorities say a 32-year-old man and an infant passenger were hurt during a crash in Dubuque on Wednesday. Dubuque Police say 32-year-old Nicolas Hockenberry, and his infant passenger – both of Bellevue – were taken to Unity-Point Health Finley Hospital with minor injuries. A police report says Hockenberry was driving north on Hill Street around 3p Wednesday. That’s when an on-coming vehicle – driven by 32-year-old Mary McIntyre of Dubuque – went across the center-line and struck Hockenberry’s vehicle. McIntyre told police that she fell asleep. She has been cited with driving on the wrong side of a roadway.
