City of Dubuque Offices and Services Closed on Monday

City of Dubuque offices will be closed on Monday for the Memorial Day holiday. This includes City Hall and other City offices and facilities. There will be no refuse, yard waste, or curbside recycling collections by City crews on Memorial Day These collections will be made instead on Saturday and must be set out by 6 a.m. The Dubuque Metro Landfill will also be closed all day on Memorial Day. The Jule, Dubuque’s public transit system, will not operate on Memorial Day. Parking meter expiration violations will not be enforced on Memorial Day either.
