Police say one person was hurt in a two-vehicle crash Friday evening in Dubuque. 26 year old Matthew Anderson of Dubuque was taken to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital for treatment of his injuries. Police say that 19 year old Bradley McCartney of Fennimore was traveling east on 16th Street around 5:30 p.m. when his vehicle ran a stop sign, striking Anderson’s vehicle, which was traveling north on White Street. McCartney was cited with failure to obey a stop sign.
