Police say an intoxicated driver crashed into a Dubuque residence Tuesday after leading officers on a high-speed chase. 27 year old Derrius Enoch of Chicago was arrested around 2am on two counts of interference with official acts and one count each of operating while intoxicated and providing false identification information. Enoch was also issued 11 traffic citations. A report says an officer pulled over a vehicle around 12:45 a.m. Tuesday for traveling 30 mph in a 25-mph zone and swerving between lanes multiple times. When asked by the officer to exit the vehicle for a field sobriety test, Enoch fled at a high rate of speed. Enoch then crashed into a residence on Madison Street and left the vehicle through a window. The officer pursuing him drew his firearm and ordered Enoch to the ground. After a short pursuit, Enoch was arrested.
