With less than a month to go before the Iowa Caucuses, a new C-B-S News poll finds a three-way tie at the top for the Democratic Presidential nomination between candidates like former Vice President Joe Biden, South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg and U-S Senator Bernie Sanders. Those three contenders are tied with 23 percent of the support.
