A 53-year-old Dubuque man has been arrested for sexually abusing a woman almost a year ago at a Coralville hotel. Authorities arrested Chad Haug earlier this week on a charge of 3rd-degree sexual abuse. Haug was at the Benton County Jail in Vinton when he was arrested on this most-recent warrant. According to a report, Haug sexually abused a woman last July while at the Main-Stay Suites in Coralville.
