Officials with the Northeast Iowa Council of the Boy Scouts of America have announced a new CEO for the Dubuque-headquartered council. Carl Bobis will start as scout executive/CEO effective August 1st. He will succeed Anna Hudak, who took a position with a different council. Bobis currently works as a field director for the Greater St. Louis Area Council.
