Dubuque County authorities arrested 47 year old John Vaughn and 47 year old Tonya Flenker, both of Maquoketa, on Wednesday in Zwingle on charges of possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of prescription drugs. Vaughn also was arrested on a Muscatine County warrant.
