Dyersville City Council members recently approved a name change for a city park. City Square Park was created after they transformed the area into a greenspace that now serves as the location for Dyersville’s farmers market and soon a permanent stage. According to the resolution unanimously passed by the council, “City Square Park” always was intended to serve as a placeholder name and now the new official name is Legacy Square Park.
