Dubuque City Offices and Services Closed For Thanksgiving

City of Dubuque offices and facilities, including City Hall, will be closed on Thursday, November 24, and Friday, November 25, for Thanksgiving. Additionally, there will be no trash, yard waste or curbside recycling collections on Thursday. Those collections will be made on Saturday, November 26 instead. The Dubuque Metropolitan Area Solid Waste Agency landfill also will be closed Thursday. Jule Transit will not operate on Thursday. Fixed-route buses and minibuses will operate on their normal schedule and routes on Friday, except for the downtown shuttle, which will not operate.
