When compared to other area communities, the City of Dyersville just wrapped up another solid fiscal year. During a recent Dyersville City Council meeting, the financials were discussed with Dyersville’s property valuation jumping from just under $500,000,000 in fiscal year 2021-22 to over $525,000,000, representing 6.4% in growth.
