Dubuque Community School Board members approved construction contracts for two district projects at a meeting Monday. Board members unanimously approved the $3 million construction contract, bonds and certificate of insurance with Tricon Construction Group for a mechanical system replacement project at Eisenhower Elementary School. The project will include removal and replacement of mechanical systems in the original Eisenhower Elementary footprint. Board members also unanimously approved the construction contract, bonds and certificate of insurance for a roof replacement project at Eleanor Roosevelt Middle School with Jim Giese Commercial Roofing for $974,000.
