The Dubuque Telegraph Herald will not be able to deliver a printed edition of the T-H today due to a significant technical malfunction. They are currently working to address the issue and the problem also affects their eEdition, but not their website. Therefore, they will not be able to deliver a printed copy of the paper today. For now, the Telegraph Herald.com website paywall will be temporarily removed and all stories will be accessible to everyone free of charge all throughout the weekend.
