A jury has found a Dubuque man not guilty of sexually abusing two children. 35 year old Erik Vo was found not guilty of two counts of second-degree sexual abuse and two counts of lascivious acts with a child. The verdict came at the end of the four-day trial. A report says that police were contacted in May 2020 by an adult who had been told by two children younger than 14 that Vo had been touching them for a very long time, but they did not want to come forward due to embarrassment. Vo was interviewed by police and denied the claim.
