Snow Plow Thief Arrested

A man who was suspected of stealing a snow plow in Dubuque last month has now been arrested. Dubuque police say 39-year old Casey Shannon of Cedar Rapids was taken into custody on Friday and charged with first degree theft.  The plow, owned by Arnsdorf Construction, was stolen January 25th and identified on city traffic cameras. The vehicle was pulled over in Cedar Rapids.
