The National Weather Service reports a pair of tornadoes that touched down Friday in Delaware County both packed peak winds of 110 mph. The first twister touched down at 5:20 p.m. about a mile southwest of Manchester. The tornado traveled 4.1 miles and had a width of 50 yards. The second tornado touched down at 5:30 p.m. in Oneida. It traveled 2.4 miles and had a width of 50 yards. Both of the Delaware County tornadoes were rated as EF1 tornadoes.
