Authorities say a motorcyclist led a deputy on a high-speed chase at speeds in excess of 100 mph in Dubuque. 28 year old Matthew Heacock of Dubuque was arrested shortly after 2am Sunday on warrants charging eluding, interference with official acts, driving while revoked and possession of cocaine. Heacock also was cited with numerous traffic citations. The motorcycle had turned onto Bankston Drive, where Heacock lost control and crashed. Heacock fled from the scene but was arrested shortly thereafter.
