Farley Man Arrested For Sexual Assault of Teenage Girl

Authorities say a Dubuque County man sexually assaulted a girl younger than 15. 40 year old Andrew Jarding of Farley was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging second-degree sexual abuse, lascivious acts with a child and indecent contact with a child. A report says the warrant was issued on April 24th. The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services reached out to the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department last fall to report a sexual assault case. The girl, who knew Jarding, reported the abuse at St. Luke’s Child Protection Center.
