Police say a sixth person has been charged with murder in connection with a fatal shooting in Dubuque earlier this year. 27 year old Kenneth Reed of Indianapolis was arrested Wednesday by U.S. Marshals in Mason City, Iowa. Reed faces charges of first-degree murder and first-degree robbery. The charges relate to the February 7th shooting death of 31 year old Lonnie Burns of Dubuque. Police believe this will be the final arrest in relation to this shooting incident.
