Dubuque Man Found and Arrested For Drugs in East Dubuque

A Dubuque man was arrested after Jo Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies received information he was in East Dubuque and had an active warrant. 25-year old Timothy Russett was found at a residence at around 3:45am early Saturday. After being arrested for the warrant he was found to be in possession of a hypodermic syringe loaded with methamphetamine and a plastic bag containing methamphetamine. Russett was taken to the Jo Daviess County Jail and charged for possession of narcotics. The incident remains under investigation.
