Dubuque Police Arrest Man On Several Charges

Dubuque Police arrested 26 year old Diquan Frazier Monday on charges of possession of marijuana and interference with official acts and warrants charging domestic assault with injury and a parole violation. Reports say Frazier assaulted 23 year old Haley Perry on April 5^th last year.
