Traffic Detour on Central Avenue in Dubuque

Central Avenue in Dubuque will have northbound traffic detoured for lane closures between 28th Street and 29th Street for private water & sewer disconnection starting at 8:00 a.m this morning until 5:00 p.m Friday. Northbound traffic will be detoured when both the northbound and southbound lanes are independently closed.  
Motorists will need follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
