Resnick To Run For At-Large Seat On City Council Again

Dubuque’s David Resnick filed paperwork Wednesday to run to retain his at-large seat in the November 7th election. Resnick was first elected to the Dubuque City Council in 2007.  He was re-elected in November 2019 and is currently serving his fourth term. He is one of two at-large members.
