Construction On Kerper Court Roundabout Begins Monday

Construction on a new Dubuque roundabout will start Monday. Crews will begin work on the Kerper Court and Kerper Boulevard Intersection Improvement Project, necessitating the closure of Kerper Court at its intersection with Kerper Boulevard. According to a report, a new, temporary road that intersects with East 16th Street will provide access to Kerper Court in the interim.
