Convict Fails To Return To Correctional Facility

Authorities seek a convict from Dubuque County who failed to return to a correctional facility while on work release. 40 year old Michael Lott Jr. was convicted of second-degree burglary and domestic assault-third or subsequent offense in Dubuque County. A report says that Lott failed to report to the state correctional facility  on Monday as required. Lott is described as a 6-foot Black male weighing 218 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on August 17th.
