Man Sentenced To Jail For Indecent Exposure

A Dubuque man has been sentenced to 85 days in jail and given two years of probation for exposing his genitals to a toddler earlier this year. 22 year old Demario J.L. Moore of Dubuque received the sentence from Iowa District Court Judge Monica Zrinyi Ackley in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County after pleading guilty November 21 to charges of indecent exposure and child endangerment related to an incident on May 17th. A report says Moore exposed his genitals to a girl under age 3 at a residence in Dubuque. Moore’s actions were witnessed by other occupants of the residence and were captured by a surveillance camera within the residence.
