Dubuque Man Arrested For Drug Possession

Dubuque Police arrested 35 year old Chad Schumacher of Dubuque around 2:15 a.m. Sunday in the 2900 block of Wildwood Drive on charges of possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of a prescription drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
